We deliver exclusively in Italy.
Currently, we do not ship to other countries.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
For orders equal to or greater than €150, standard shipping is free.
For orders under €150, a flat shipping fee of €20 applies.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE AN ORDER?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
After dispatch, delivery is normally expected within 3~5 business days.
The total estimated time from payment confirmation to delivery is normally 4~8 business days.
WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?
Orders can be entrusted to DHL, FedEx, UPS or other professional couriers selected based on the product and destination.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. After shipping, you will receive, when available, a code or link to monitor the delivery status.

Payments are processed through J-Pay using the procedure available during checkout.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You can request the cancellation of the order before shipping by promptly writing to info@lorussocucinedesign.com.
We cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders that have already been prepared or entrusted to the courier.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If you purchase as a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
WHO PAYS THE RETURN COST?
The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer, except in the case of a damaged, defective, incorrect or non-compliant product.
For bulky products or those that cannot be returned via normal postal service, the return cost may be higher than that of ordinary shipping.
